A supportive workplace helps you become part of a team, meet new people, and build lasting friendships. Working in supported employment also creates opportunities to take part in workplace activities, social events, and community connections that improve your overall well-being.
Employment is a great way to build practical skills, gain valuable experience, and continue learning. Through workplace training and supported employment opportunities, you can improve your skills, build confidence, and prepare for future career opportunities.
With professional workplace training and NDIS employment support, you can feel more capable, confident, and independent. Achieving goals at work and knowing you’ve done a good day’s work can improve mental well-being, increase self-esteem, and give you a strong sense of pride and accomplishment.
Having a job can bring structure, purpose, and routine to your day. Planning your time, working towards goals, and looking forward to holidays and personal achievements can help keep your mind active and give your life more meaning and direction.
Once you’ve checked if you meet the above requirements, contact our Intake Coordinator, and we will set up a time to talk with you about your employment options, what you’re interested in, and what we can do to help you along your employment journey.
We will also set up a three-month paid trial period in a safe and supportive environment so that you can get used to work. When needed, there will also be training on the job.
