Orana provides opportunities for people with disability to live their best lives.
Our NDIS home and living support services include in-home support, supported independent living, and short-term accommodation. Orana is committed to creating an environment that encourages independence and choice while assisting you in achieving your personal goals.
Most of the time, people with disability are talked about as a single group, but each person with disability has different needs, abilities, and goals. This is something we are aware of at Orana, where we support people with disability to live happy and comfortable lives by providing them with support individualised to their needs. A single solution doesn’t work for everyone; our support is completely focused on you and what you need.
Supported independent living (SIL) is for people who often need more help at home. SIL is a way to get support without giving up your independence in a safe and empowering environment.
As a supported independent living provider, we offer people with different support needs a safe place to live in the community without sacrificing their independence.
Make a life that works for you:
Live the life you want knowing that you are well supported.
Balance freedom and safety:
Your well-being always comes first. You will have a safe and comfortable place to live while encouraging you to do what you enjoy.
Build confidence to be more independent:
Orana will encourage you in a way that helps build your confidence and belief in your abilities.
More social opportunities:
Our SIL service provides a community where you can socialise with people who share common interests.
Orana values each person’s uniqueness and doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re wondering how to get SIL funding or looking for supported independent living NDIS options, the support you receive from us can be adjusted to meet your changing needs, goals, and the funding in your plan. This can be anywhere from just a few hours each week and may include:
