Celebrating Orana’s 76th Birthday!

Today, we’re celebrating 76 years of Orana.

For more than seven decades, Orana has proudly supported people with disability to live meaningful, independent and connected lives. While so much has changed since 1950, one thing has remained constant – a belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to belong, contribute and thrive.

Over the past 76 years, we’ve celebrated countless milestones, shared in extraordinary achievements, built lifelong relationships and witnessed the incredible potential of the people we support.

This milestone is about so much more than an anniversary. It’s a celebration of every participant, family member, employee, volunteer, supporter and partner who has been part of Orana’s story. Together, you’ve helped shape an organisation built on inclusion, respect and the belief that every person matters.

As we celebrate our past, we’re also excited about the future. We remain committed to listening, learning and evolving so we can continue delivering exceptional support and creating opportunities for people with disability for generations to come.
