Boots, Beats & Big Smiles: Club Slick Goes Country

A fun-filled night of country music, dancing, laughter and connection

The boots were on, the music was playing and the dance floor was ready for a fantastic night at Club Slick’s August Bush Dance!

Held at the Burnside Ballroom on Friday 21 August, the special country-themed Club Slick brought plenty of energy, laughter and good old-fashioned fun to the dance floor.

With country music setting the mood, guests were encouraged to get into the spirit of the evening, whether they were confident line dancers, showing off their favourite moves or simply enjoying a night out with friends.

There was a fantastic atmosphere throughout the evening, with plenty of dancing, smiles and opportunities to catch up with friends and enjoy being part of the Club Slick community.

Club Slick is Orana’s inclusive monthly dance event for adults living with disability, providing a welcoming space to meet friends, enjoy music, dance and let loose. Each event offers a chance to connect with others, try something different and, most importantly, have fun.

The Bush Dance was certainly a night to remember, and we’re already looking forward to the next celebration! On Friday 16 October, Club Slick will transform for a Halloween Spooktacular!

Get ready for another fun-filled night of music, dancing, costumes and Halloween-themed fun.

So start planning your costume, gather your friends and get ready to dance the night away. We can’t wait to see everyone there for another fantastic Club Slick celebration!
