Architecturally designed – Beautiful newly built home

Welcome to your new home!

Discover an exceptional Supported Independent Living (SIL) housing option tailored for individuals seeking independence with the assurance of support.

We are delighted to announce the availability of two spacious three-bedroom houses in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) community in the Riverland area, Gumview and Kurrajong.

These three-bedroom houses opened in April 2024 are part of a redevelopment project to support independent living.

Gumview has a vacancy that would be ideal for a male NDIS participant.

Kurrajong has two vacancies that would be suitable for two female NDIS participants.

These homes are conveniently located two minutes from Loxton Town Centre and 15 minutes from Berri, providing easy access to essential services like a local medical centre and pharmacy.

The houses foster a community feel that the current tenants enjoy. Low-maintenance landscaped gardens, paved seating areas, and a shared recreational area with a BBQ add to the welcoming atmosphere.

The available bedrooms are unfurnished and feature linoleum flooring and double windows.
