Supported Independent Living (SIL) Vacancies – Riverland NDIS Housing

Looking for modern, purpose-built NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) housing in the Riverland region? We’re excited to offer two vacancies in an architecturally designed home, just minutes from Loxton and a short drive to Berri.

These spacious three-bedroom SIL homes, completed in April 2024, is part of a new redevelopment initiative designed to promote independence, safety, and community connection for eligible NDIS participants.

Current NDIS Housing Vacancies

• Kurrajong – 2 vacancies (suitable for female NDIS participants. Each bedroom has its own ensuite.)

• Gumview – 1 vacancy (suitable for a male NDIS participant. Each bedroom has its own ensuite.)

The homes feature a welcoming, low-maintenance design, with indoor and outdoor living areas created to support comfort, accessibility, and everyday independence.

SIL Home Features

• Generously sized unfurnished bedrooms with linoleum flooring, double windows, and generous natural light.
• Open plan living and dining areas – perfect for relaxing and socialising.

Eligibility and Requirements

To be eligible for these SIL vacancies in Loxton, tenants must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have SIL funding in their NDIS plan or an approved alternative funding source
• Be willing to sign a tenancy agreement
• Pay rent and share household expenses (groceries, utilities, etc.)
• Provide their own bedroom furniture (home is staged for display only)
