Orana work experience student working in business services.

Orana’s Work Experience aims to provide school students in years 10-12 with valuable hands-on experience in a range of roles available at an Orana site. We aim to match students with roles that suit their skills and interests.

Work Experience is great for students looking for employment options after they leave school. Orana offers supported employment opportunities for people with disability. Individuals are employed directly by Orana and have the chance to work in a variety of roles available across our various employment sites.

Supported Employment is an excellent option for students who need ongoing support in the workplace or for those who want to develop their work skills and confidence in a supportive environment before transitioning to open employment.

Work Experience provides students with the opportunity to explore a variety of jobs that meet their interests and abilities. Our program aims to help students gain new skills, make new friends, and boost their confidence in a supportive environment.

Orana provides students with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in the work environment. We provide students with a comprehensive workbook filled with various resources and engaging activities designed to assist them in the workplace.

If your school is interested in accessing Work Experience with Orana, contact our Intake Team on 8375 2000 or [email protected] to find out more.
