Call for nominations
Nominations are now open for the Orana Client of the Year Awards 2021.
Orana’s Client Awards recognise client achievements across a range of areas including Health and Wellness, Employment and a new award this year, Skill Development.
Any client who receives a service from Orana and/or Down Syndrome SA, and who meets the award criteria (refer to the attached nomination form) is eligible to be nominated for these prestigious awards.
Nominations are open until October. Staff, volunteers and people in the Orana and Down Syndrome SA community are invited to nominate clients for these awards.
Winners and runners up from each award category are awarded prizes to acknowledge their achievements. These clients are eligible to be selected for the Client of the Year and Runner Up Client of the Year awards.
To nominate a client for one of these awards, you can complete a nomination form. You can nominate more than one person – but you will need to complete a separate nomination form for each person.
When you have completed the form (giving as much information as required), please email the form to: [email protected] or post to Manager Community Inclusion and Developmental Services, Orana, PO Box 680, Torrensville Plaza SA 5031 by Friday, 8th October 2021. Nomination forms will not be accepted after this time. Winners will be announced in November.
