Prior to joining Orana, Deb was Chief Executive Officer of Rembrandt Living, where she led strategy, governance, and service delivery with a clear focus on quality outcomes and community impact. She is known for her collaborative and values-led leadership style, and for building strong relationships with boards, teams, and stakeholders.
