What will you be doing?
As part of the Gleam4Good cleaning crew, you’ll work across a range of commercial sites, including offices, medical clinics, schools, retail spaces, and industrial facilities, delivering high-quality cleaning services.
What are the requirements?
- Casual role with flexible shifts
- Daytime and evening work available
- Work available across 7 days a week
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours if required
What We’re Looking For
- Physical Ability: You’ll need to be comfortable with general cleaning tasks, including standing, moving, bending, and light lifting. Tasks can be adapted where needed.
- Team Spirit: We work closely as a team. If you like working with others, this is the place for you!
- Attention to Detail: We need people who can follow directions carefully. Training is provided to help you succeed.
- Reliability: Being on time and dependable is important to us. We appreciate team members who are punctual.
- Professional Appearance: A clean and tidy look helps keep our workspace welcoming and professional.
Who This Role Is Great For
- Experienced cleaners or people keen to learn
- ABN holders (desirable, but not essential)
- People with NDIS funding or receiving the Disability Support Pension
- You do not need Supported Employee funding to apply
- Own transport or a Driver’s Licence is desirable, but not essential

Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- DHS Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
