From Easter Celebrations to Dancefloor Hits: Another Memorable Season of Club Slick

Creating unforgettable nights where friendship, inclusion and fun take centre stage.

Club Slick has continued to bring people together through music, dancing, friendship, and unforgettable themed events, with both April and May delivering fantastic nights of fun at Burnside Ballroom.

The April edition of Club Slick saw participants embrace the festive spirit at the Easter Extravaganza. The ballroom was filled with colour, energy, and excitement as participants enjoyed an evening of dancing, laughter, and connection in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Held on Friday 17 April, the Easter-themed event featured a mix of classic favourites and modern hits, with participants dancing alongside friends, staff, and volunteers. From choreographed routines to free dancing and socialising, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The fun continued in May with another memorable Club Slick event featuring special guest performer DJ Adventure Dave. Bringing plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and crowd-favourite tunes, DJ Adventure Dave kept the dance floor buzzing all night long. Participants sang along, showed off their best dance moves, and enjoyed a night filled with laughter, friendship, and great memories.

Club Slick continues to provide adults with disability a fun, supportive, and inclusive space to express themselves, build confidence, and create meaningful social connections. Whether it’s celebrating Easter, enjoying live entertainment, or simply catching up with friends, every event creates opportunities for people to connect, participate, and belong.
