Phil is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Clayton Church Homes, an aged care provider, with over 14 years of experience in the sector. Phil was also the Chief Financial Officer for Orana before commencing his current role. Phil is a passionate advocate for Orana’s values, vision and mission. Phil has previously served as the treasurer of a community aged care services provider and has sat on various industry peak bodies. Phil is committed to contributing his strategic governance and leadership to ensure Orana, its clients, staff and community continue to thrive. Phil is a member of CPA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
