DSSA Playgroups provide early learning, development, and social connection for children aged 0–5 with Down syndrome and their families. Run by experienced facilitators, our inclusive sessions focus on communication, key word signing, sensory play, music, movement, and parent-to-parent support.
Our Playgroups are safe, welcoming spaces for children with Down syndrome (aged 0–5) and their families to play, connect, and learn together. Run by caring professionals, Playgroup offers early learning through play, music, sensory activities, and storytelling. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for parents and carers to build friendships, share experiences, and access peer support in a relaxed environment.
Playgroup is often the first step in a family’s connection with DSSA. Our experienced team creates a relaxed and fun environment where children can be themselves and families can form lasting friendships, sharing lived experiences.
DSSA Playgroups run in multiple Adelaide metropolitan areas. Contact us to find a group near you.
