About the role:
The Client Coach provides a positive and supportive environment for people with disability that facilitates growth and development. Working with a range of clients with varying disabilities, we are looking for an experienced Client Coach (Support Workers) to provide exceptional care to our clients.
Our ideal candidates will be flexible, adaptable, and available to work across all shifts, including active/passive nights and weekends. You will have experience working with clients who hold high care needs and must be able to manage challenging behaviours.
You will demonstrate resilience and always take a “person centred” approach. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team successfully and will receive continuous support and guidance from your Team Leader and Service Manager.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Provide flexibility and availability to work across a 24 hour, 7-day a week roster, including passive nights.
