Orana Support Coordination

As a registered NDIS provider, Orana supports people with disability to get their NDIS plan up and running, to find services that fit their interests, needs and goals, to become independent and to live of a life of their choice.

Our experienced Support Coordinators are available to support and manage NDIS plans, communicate with key stakeholders, and guide participants through the NDIS. We can support a person to manage barriers or risks that might affect the support received to meet NDIS goals.

Orana also offers Specialist Support Coordination, to help participants navigate and overcome complex or significant barriers in plan implementation.

Participants can rest assured knowing that at Orana, a primary and secondary Support Coordinator will be assigned, so support can be provided at any time.

So you’ve received your NDIS plan, now what? Our team can support people to understand their plan and help make adjustments if necessary. Our qualified Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinator are well-versed in the NDIS and can help explain each section of the plan, and what it means.

Choice
Our team can assist in providing an array of service providers, allied health providers, and local community groups, and can support participants in making decisions with them.

Empowerment
