Message from the CEO

As the year draws to a close, I reflect upon Orana’s achievements over the past 12 months with pride and look forward to the challenges and opportunities that the coming year holds. 2017 has been a great year for us and I feel very proud of what has been achieved and very appreciative of all the hard work put in by the Orana team.
I would like to thank our customers, our generous donors and wonderful volunteers for your continued support and loyalty to Orana. To our staff and employees, I would like to personally thank you for your dedication and commitment in making Orana the dynamic and respected organisation it is today.
I look forward to 2018 in anticipation of continued success in helping our clients achieve their goals and welcoming new members into our team to help us make a difference.
I would like to pass on my very sincere Christmas wishes and hope that the festive season is an enjoyable and restful one.
Christmas is a time of celebration, joy and togetherness and I certainly hope that these sentiments can be enjoyed by all families connected with Orana over this period. I hope the New Year brings renewed hope, energy and success.
There is no doubt that our team is one of our greatest strengths as an organisation, along with our culture. We talk a lot about how we make a difference and we are all truly privileged to work in a job where we can make a difference in the lives of others every day. It is really important that we continually recognise and appreciate that it is indeed WE (as a collective) who make the greatest difference and not any one individual. Our team and the culture we foster underpin all the good work that we do, and the lives that we are able to help change.
