Independent Living’s Positive Growth

2020 is an exciting time for Independent Living at Orana! We have added a new leadership team to the structure to further improve the quality of service for our clients.

Each metropolitan region has been appointed a new Senior Client Coach. The role of the Senior Client Coach is to supervise and support their team members during their shift and help manage the care needs of our clients. They will ensure all processes are followed to ensure the client is receiving the best support possible. A big warm welcome to all our Senior Client Coaches.

Current Northern In-Home Service Manager, Suzanne Wilson, has stepped into a newly created role of Professional Services Manager to support Service Managers with the day to day running of the service.

Orana also welcomes Sam Woods, our new Rostering Officer, who commenced with Orana on the 2nd March.

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to support the clinical care of our clients and a Business Development Officer to help us support new clients accessing our service.

With all the new roles put together, this will double the leadership team in size and is orientated toward improved services for our valued clients.
