The Group Home is under a SIL funding through the NDIS with Active Night support.

Rent: Rent will be calculated at 25% of income plus 100% of eligible CRA (Commonwealth Rent Assistance). This is likely to be approximately $110 per week including Rent Assistance.
Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible for Community Housing in SA.

This property is owned and managed by Access 2 Place Housing (A2P). A2P is a disability-specific housing provider operating exclusively in South Australia. Five-year-old Home purposely built for people with disability. Wheel chair friendly Home with two bedrooms – 50 year old male client resides in one bedroom and the second bedroom room is the vacancy. The house has an open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen, Laundry, Bathroom with easy to main front and rear garden areas.
Compatibility issues with other residents: Take into consideration the gentle client presently in the Home. Presently all three clients have some common interests and would like the new person to have some similar interests (such as activities like bowling, swimming, Gym and Church).
