As a State Government appointed business ambassador, Francis understands the importance of attracting new business to South  Australia and providing employment for local families.

He is highly respected in business circles throughout Australia and Asia and sits on the National Board of the Australian Tourism Export Council and Board member of the Australia Day Council.

Francis builds networks within industries, government and private enterprise. These networks have proved to be
very fruitful for South Australia and have greatly benefited many who live here. Francis is also Chairman of the Council for International Trade and Commerce of SA (CITCSA).

He has served on various chambers of commerce and community boards, as well as numerous business councils.
